Returns [Riding Apparel / Accessories]
Goods sold are not returnable. Except the item are having manufacturing defect [not human error].
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund/replacement after inspecting the item. Sometimes it may take longer time as we need to refer back to the distributor/supplier.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Most of the item listed in the web are entitled with 6 Months / 1 Years / 5 Years warranty period. We will submit the warranty cases to the distributor/supplier once we receive the report from the customer. All the final decision for the warranty cover is made by the distributor/supplier. We will inform the customer immediately once we got the result.
If your return/replacement is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) or replace a new product. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies or receive your replacement product between [7-14] working days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
